Heavy duty better than original Mar 22, 2012
By jmac This was a good price for this mat. Was surprised at quality and it exceeded my expectations. I think it is better made than the original. If i had this to begin with then i probably wouldn't have had to change them out so fast. Kids are having a blast breaking it in.

Seller was awesome Aug 18, 2011
By AJ We bought this 4 months ago and installed it on our existing tramp frame without any issues. I noticed a couple weeks ago that three of the straps that connect the rings (that the springs attach to) to the tramp had ripped. I contacted the seller and they promptly sent me a new mat. I hope we don't have the same issue with the new mat, but I am super impressed that the seller stands behind their product. Very good experience, thank you!

Confused May 08, 2011
By Dawg I placed an order for this mat that was listed as being for a trampoline with 6.5 inch springs. When the item arrived, the box was clearly marked as a trampoline mat for 7 inch springs. I contacted the company thru Amazon to question whether the correct mat had been sent to me. I received an email from the company explaining that the mat was a universal type and could be used for 6.5 inch or 7 inch springs. This explanation from the company brings a couple of questions to light 1) why is the mat listed on Amazon for 6.5 inch springs? The OEM mat that came with my trampoline was for a 6.5 inch spring 2) why do trampoline companies make 6.5 inch springs and 7 inch springs if the two are interchangeable?
Having never ordered a replacement mat for my trampoline, the questions that I asked above seem legitimate to me. I kept the mat that was sent to me and installed it on our trampoline but an not sure that we are getting the same performance as before.
If someone else is familiar with trampoline mats this whole matter may seem silly but to me it was confusing.

Beware: they don't answer their phones! Apr 02, 2011
By Kristin Lewis The trampoline pad might be great, but.......who knows????????
I ordered the wrong size and can't get a Trampoline and More person to answer the phone to make a switch!
No answering machine......not even "Please hold for the next available!"

Good fit Jan 04, 2011
By Anonymous The mat fits well and seems to be well made. Can't speak of durability since I've only had it for a little more than a week. I've owned 2 trampolines and this is the first replacement mat I've bought. The first trampoline mat eventually deteriorated after several years. The 2nd trampoline mat eventually tore apart at the seams after several years of use. The seams on this mat do not appear to be quite as heavily made as my last mat, but the proof will be in how long it lasts. If it lasts several years like the prior mats, then it will have been a good buy. But for now it seems to be a good mat.
